his sister from foreclosure? about two years before my husband and I met he signed a mortgage into his name for his sister to save her from foreclosure. She didn't even have a job at that time but his mom and her talked him into it. I found out about the full situation about 9 months after we were together we we found out we were pregnant. I tried to get him to take the property over but he didn't have it to stand up to his sister...keep in mind still no job.... I got frustrated with the situation and we moved out of state with my mom so he could snag a job offer and I could go to college. I really just wanted the heck away from his sister... the house became two years behind and the mortgage co wouldn't help us to remodify the loan. We moved back to florida when I finished with school and the mortgage co was bought out by another and they are helping us remodify if its our primary place of residence and now it is. It was a fight to get into the house though she is still living here with no job and no intentions of one. She claims depression and sinus problems she even tryed to collect ss income for those reasons. I get into arguments with her all the time and I can't help at this point to call her every name in the book. Shell say shit like the house isn't your its your husbands also when I say get a job she points the finger at me because I have a crap job right now that cuts my hours and am having trouble finding employment for what I went to school for. I am extremely frustrated with living with her and just want her out. She has caused me to have a nasty attitude and has also brought out the worst in me which has caused a lot of problems between my husband family and me. Also the whole house is packed with her stuff the br that's supposed to be my daughters is completely full of crap in boxes the hall closets are packed with her stuff the bathroom sink under it is packed the garage is and all the cabinets pretty much in the kitchen and she parks In the one car garage.
