is not helping at all.? I have submitted applications for modifications at least 3 times in the past. Every time they lose my records or claim they are working on it, when I find out much later that nothing has been done. I know that basically we are at their mercy, but do we have any rights at all as homeowners we trying to save our homes. This is driving me crazy dealing with ths mortgage company as they are very incompetent and even give me information over phone about someone elses file. What can I do about this??????
