Can I get a mortgage loan after foreclosure
with 50% downpayment? I live in vegas, and foreclosed about one year ago. I can now put about $65,000 down on a $130,000 home. Will any lenders be willing to lend me the other 50%, even though i have terrible credit and a recent foreclosure on record? I earn about $50,000 a year. What would my interest rate look like? Please input. Thank you.
