Default What happens if you are current on your condo

mortgage, but the building goes into foreclosure? I owe $230,000 on a condo that's worth $110,000. The HOA is behind on paying a lien on the property and a notice of default has been attached to the front door of the building. What happens to my condo if the building is foreclosed on?
