Default Foreclosures have skyrocketed in Memphis.

Shouldn't 0bama just pay off the mortgages for his supporters? ... by having Pelosi and the Dems use government money (also called "0bama money")?

The democrats are calling that the "nuclear option". If their numbers start tanking so bad that even ACORN can't win them a victory they will just bribe the entire nation by giving away free homes to anyone who votes for them.

Cash for clunkers cost 24,000 per car, so paying them off would be the cheaper way out considering the big government bureaucracy the democrats just love.,.

Default Re: Foreclosures have skyrocketed in Memphis.

Foreclosures are not only increasing, even if they are up 16% over the first three months of 2009 and 7% from last quarter by almost 258,000 in 2009. With the record 367,000 requests in one seizures only bank in March, the landscape is rapidly shifting communications and real seizures. REOs are up 35% over the first quarter of 2009.
