Default What happens to us IF we go into foreclosure? We have a
1st and a 2nd mortgage.? HOPE SOMEONE KNOWS THE ANSWER? BOTH MORTGAGES ARE WITH THE SAME BANK/COMPANY. I LIVE IN NC IF THAT HELPS TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ALL THE STUFF. PLEASE DON'T JUDGE ME, MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN 3 MONTHS EARLY 2 YEARS AGO AND WE NEEDED IT TO GET BY AND I'D DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN SHES WORTH EVERYTHING.

You MOVE and have RUINED CREDIT AND owe whatever is left on your mortgages after they are sold IF they can even sell it for anything! More than likely you'll have to file bankruptcy too!

You lose your home and need to find some where else to live. Your credit is destroyed. You will owe the balance on both mortgages after house is sold.
