Default Mortgage acquired by spouse only before marriage and...

...foreclosure? We have a home in Minnesota and had to move out of state recently due to job loss and new job. I don't think we are going to be able to sell our house for anything close to what it is worth. We are weighing our options, my question is...if it comes down to foreclosure, how am I liable? He obtained the mortgage before we were married, so my name is not on the mortgage or deed. Can they come after my personal assets if they are not joint with my husband's? Thanks for any help!
