Default How long after a foreclosure Nov 07' and...
...Bankruptcy Sept 08' can I obtain a new mortgage? I made some mistakes but have worked hard to rebuild my credit and have saved money for a down payment. I know it will still be a while before I can purchase again. But does any one know the qualifications to obtain a mortgage? I have learned my lesson so please don't judge! Thanks

You need a credit score of at least 620 to buy anything but I think your foreclosure and bankruptcy will play a roll. I'm going to guess that you are going to have to wait 7 years from the bankruptcy.
