A foreclosure judgment was granted to the...

...mortgage company. Now my attorney claims he can have the decision? overtutned, What is the likelyhood of that. He was granted more time, and it wasn't to be heard before Jan 10, 2009. So who screwed up, the lawyer or the Judge? Should I continue to pay this lawyer?
