The letter sent by the bank tells how much time you have, they usually give 90 days.

It depends on the state you live in, but you can usually expect the following...

at the 120 day late mark, a (notice of default) is filed publically and a copy will be mailed to you...its usually 90 days from that date, that a trustee sale is scheduled.

again it depends on the state.

take a look at the NOD letter if you still have it because the date should be there. If not go to your county website and print a copy off.
