WANT OPTION TO BUY IT IT IS IN FORECLOSURE STATUS!!!? I would like to have the option to purchase the home i live in it is in foreclosure status right now...my landlords are pretending like it's not or think i'm to stupid to know that it is in other words they want to keep collecting rent( as of this month i am not paying them i am holding it in escrow) so of course they are not helping so I'm in this alone what are the steps i need to take to find out how much is left on the mortgage is their any liens...things like that

unless you have a contract to purchase the property or the landlord is going to work with you to sell you the house, you can do nothing. The only way you will be able to purchase the home is through the bank after foreclosure if your landlord will not work with you. The house belongs to the landlord until the bank completes the legal matter and forecloses and evicts anyone living in their property. My suggestion work with your landlord if you want to stay.
