my landlord hasnt made his mortgage payment...
...and now i got a foreclosure notice on my door.? i was wondering if i would be able to get out of my lease because now i dont know if i will even have a place to live at the end of the month.

start preparing to move out nowif you got a notice on the door that means the foreclosure process has moved farther along.

U should acually stay there because you have rights as tenant...the bank will end up giving you cash for keys!! Hold out for as much as it will take to move in to a new property...they will pay up to $5000.00
