Default Short sale negotiations
Want to know what a lender will actually accept depends on where you live in Miami Fl you can get around 75% of the BPO and in Seattle WA 93%, negotiations really do not exist. Anytime you make an offer if it is less than payoff you will be countered with the BPO (did I say that, yes)if you could only find out what REO deals go for in your area then you have the science figured out. Could it really be that simple?
