proceedings the end of the month.when do i have to be out? how long do i have before i have to move out of my house? i've been looking for places to rent, but haven't found anything suitable. i just wanted to know how long before i have to have something, even if it is bare minimum until i can find something better for me and my kids.

We will need more information than this. Do you have a specific date given to you? What state are you in? This will help us to hopefully determine if your in a judicial or non-judicial foreclosure state.

What is your financial capability? Have you ever filed a bankruptcy? If not great if so how long ago? And if so what was it a chp 13 or 7? If you have to use bankruptcy as an option to you have the money to file? Or if you file do you have an income that'll allow you once you've filed to keep your home? Or are you in a situation to where you just can't make it unless you leave the home?
