If I slow pay my mortgage will it go in
foreclosure? Hello,If I slow pay my mortgage will they put me in foreclosure or not? I am with B of A and lender is Indymac my mortgage is about 350k still. I am making my FULL payments but 30-50 days late every time for the past 6 months.My question is: if i keep paying my mortgage payments fully but LATE, will they be able to put my home in foreclosure?What are my choices? Loan modification costs about 2-4k... I can't do that now..THank you!
