Default How does a mortgage co. jumps so quickly to

foreclosure on only 3 months behind and not consecutively? Mortgage company foreclosed and auctioned off my house without wanting to work with me after relieving them from stay of bankruptcy. I had to go Ch 7 back in Dec. to stop foreclosure and than they ask for a motion to release them from the bankruptcy court and I had no objections because in their motion they asked, "Creditor further seeks relief in order to, at its option, offer, provide and enter into any potential forbearance agreement, loan modification, refinance agreement or other loan workout/loss mitigation agreement and to contact the Debtor via telephone or written correspondence to offer such an agreement, which shall be non-recourse unless included in a reaffirmation agreement." They did not contact me to offer or provide any of the above statement. I have been telephone hopping for the past two days with the many departments at this mortgage company and cannot get a straight answer. I do hope someone can answer or resolve this question soon as I do not want to leave my home of 40 years.
