the house is a va guarantee loan but in 2001 they bailed me out due to a lost of income, however I did find a job and they refinanced the house on that occasion. I recently lost my job and my wife had some issues with the Irs and we became delinquent However we received a notice in august to pay 3585 dollars of which 942 were bankruptcy fees which we we were told that the 942 could be paid up front or placed at the end of the loan, of course the way we found out was that our western union quick collect of 2000 dollars was sent back. we sent on December 3rd which by then country wide has said that my home was in foreclosure as of November 24 2008 we are planning to add another 500 to a 1000 on December 12. with me not working and my wife working until I can land a job what do you think my chances of getting a modification loan?

Its cheap i think its like less than $40 bucks and you pay a monthly fee of like 30 dollars to update the report anytime and make sure you get the best loan! they qualify you based on the application you fill out so it checks out your situation..i got this and it helped me..hope that helps!
