[Short Sale Help]

I'm open to keeping or selling. I've been told to come into the Court and speak to the Judge next Monday. I was previously in a bankruptcy and used my two \"stays\". I can appeal to the Judge on Monday, if I have intention of refinancing or selling. I cannot file another Bankruptcy, It added another $800.00 a month to my month expenses to pay back a trustee. I have almost $100,000.00 of equity in my home. I was ready to give up and walk away. I'm now reconsidering and it may be too late. My husband is a union worker and we've had good years and bad.
