Default If the landlord has not paid his mortgage

and the house is in foreclosure, do the tenants continue to pay rent? The trustee sale is today and the house is in foreclosure. The sale is not final yet but will be soon. If the landlord has not been paying the mortgage, do the tenants have to continue paying rent even if it is just going into the landlord's pocket and not towards the home mortgage?
