absolutely, those are the majority of the loans that are being modified. we have gotten better rates and locked adjustable rate plans

can subprime loan be modified
absolutely, these are the majority of loans that are being modified by our company. Prime vanilla loans have already low interest rates that are fixed they are actually a little more difficult seeing their rates are already super low.
