Default question about a foreclosure, carrington mortgage in...

...santa anna,CA? I was wondering if anyone works or knows someone that works at this mortgage company.I am bidding on a house that and they hold the mortgage for and wasjust wondering if anyone could help me out with some answers,or give me someones name who could talk to me at carrington.we are having a terrible time with a lawyer who is representing carrington,he does not return phone calls and we think he is lying to us about other offers on the house.it is a long story, but we are in desperate need of this house because we are selling ours and need to be out soon-as of right now we don`t have a place to go.so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.ok-the lawyer will only repond via e-mail to my agent.I live in Ma. and carrington is Ca. this lawyer has never returned calls, told us noone else was interested in this propert so we made an offer. soon after he told us someone else made an offer.we submitted another one and a few days later we were told we lost the house. Then in less than 24 hrs. we were told the other people backed out-so we re-submitted our offer and still haven`t heard anything.now take what I just said and double it-the problem isn`t with the bank it is with this lawyer-and this house is perfect for my family and is the only one like it in our price range. so that is why we want/need it so bad.ok-the lawyer will only repond via e-mail to my agent.I live in Ma. and carrington is Ca. this lawyer has never returned calls, told us noone else was interested in this propert so we made an offer. soon after he told us someone else made an offer.we submitted another one and a few days later we were told we lost the house. Then in less than 24 hrs. we were told the other people backed out-so we re-submitted our offer and still haven`t heard anything.now take what I just said and double it-the problem isn`t with the bank it is with this lawyer-and this house is perfect for my family and is the only one like it in our price range. so that is why we want/need it so bad.I can talk with the bank but my agent ethically cannot on my behalf-
