Assuming a Mortgage that my Landlord Is Loosing
Due To Foreclosure? What is involved in assumming a mortgage? My landlord is getting foreclossed. I do not have the money for a down payment or the credit to buy But I can pay the rent, then if I can assume the mortgage I should not have problems paying the rent. Do I have to pay the money that he had not paid? or I can put that as part of the loan?Thank you

there are many unanswered questions there, first of all is the mortgage assumable? You can do nothing if the loan can not be assumed.
