...make you wish you had rent control? I really feel for people who were taken in by the homeownership sales pitch. Who wouldn't want to own their own home and feel sure it was going to appreciate.

But the reality is, for the majority of working class Americans, they always be renters, and they need rent control to keep their housing costs in line.
