Default foreclosures on the rise

there are not many people that know default numbers until it becomes public record. The credit bureau and the mortgage company that the homeowner is in default with are the only ones. You can purchase leads from the credit bureau, they are called PRE NOD leads and we actually sell them, great lead source.
