...foreclosure 4 yrs ago due to Divorce and Total Loss from a Flood.? He couldn't get any FEMA money to help rebuild or any help from anyone. They were forced to keep paying payment. The exwife finally decided to claim bankruptcy on the Home. He wanted his name on the mortgage but they wouldnt let him. So now, it's on his credit report. How much would this affect in him helping me secure credit for a home mortgage.. Its my Father-in-law.. Mortgage loan applicationThis was his House from 4 yrs ago, it sold to someone else now.. He's trying to help my wife and I, her income is cash only..So I need his extra income to get over the hump. I'm short like 600 bucks a month.. Bummer , eh!
