Default How do I know if Wachovia produced Original Mortgage...

...Note in Foreclosure action ? I am currently a Pro Se defendant in a Mortgage foreclosure action brought against me my Wachovia.Wachovia purchased the original mortgage holder World Savings.I have attempted to become current on my mortgage for 3 months but wachovia REFUSED to speak with me because they said I wa slisted as a man on my mortgage !I sent them copies of birth certificate and dlicense several times. still they refused to speak to me.they refused payment and filed foreclosure actions.I have filed 3 preliminary objections and just received wachovia's lawyers response. The attached what appears to be a COPY of a copy of my original mortgage note.I see that it lists me as an unmarried MAN (haha im the girliest girly girl and have the girliesy name ever)I didnt notice that it said i was man in small print because my Mom had just died the week before and I was grief stricken. Also instead of a signature by the world mortgage officer, the title company guy crossed out a name and signed instead ! the title company man was only rep who ever me tin person with me and he also notarized the note !Separately I will be bring a charge against Wachovia/World Savings for violating TILA and RESPA ....I KNOW what Im doing and will be blogging about this further. But my onyl problem right now is figuring out if they produced th eoriginal note. The clerk at the courthouse where the action was filed claims they only accept original notes, but i dont buy that my mortgage company filed it.

The HMDA information they collected on the loan application is incorrect and is affecting your ability to clear this matter. I would contact your local county government for guidance. If you are in a major metro area, they have specialists that can help you.
