Default i want to ask mortgage lawyer questions on...
...foreclosure.? my parents are having difficult problems paying the house and want to just rent an apartment and leave our home we are pretty much broke now and they just want to leave the house.

they were rept off when they were offerd to refinance thier home and the instrest rate went crazy

PLEASE CAN I HAVE YOUR EMAILS PHONE NUMBER ANYTHING TO TRY TO HELP US!!!!
