...sending me mortgage payments? is this legal
they keep sending my bills every month for mortgage payments but the house has already foreclosed     |

You have given way too much bad information, if you continue I will ban you from site. We want experts or people that need foreclosure help. Well I decided to remove the post from a way off in left field answer.
When you say already foreclosed that means sold at sheriff sale or just starting in foreclosure? There is a big difference.
