You will need to contact a lender but chances are that you are not eligible for a mortgage for a few years without an astronomical interest rate.

That's going to be on your credit report for a very long time. It's going to take a huge down payment for a lender to want to take you on. Higher interest rate too.

You can but you will be limited. I would recommend a owner financed loan.
