Default mortgages foreclosure and why should taxpayers pay for

any body Else's bad discussion? people lose homes all the time and no one cares ,its there problem, do your home work like any smart person would . If you go to a doctor and don't ask for more opinions you are not being a good shopper and why should I or anyone else pay for there stupidity.
Hillary and obama keep talking about putting money out for these people and it makes me angry and if they what to help them so bad then they can use their Owen money.

Don't be so ignorant to the situation, all these foreclosures are putting our economy into a mini free-fall. Mortgage backed securities went right down the toilet, that's why bear sterns needed to be bailed out, all these foreclosures are effecting the market, our dollar, consumer spending, it's just putting more and more money out of circulation because people want to save their money for a rainy day instead of spending it knowing more is coming. That's why this is such a big deal. Do you want to go into recession? Also in an attempt to increase consumer spending, president bush is sending back $600 to taxpayers hoping to stimulate the economy a little, it's not going to work, but it's good news for us, getting more money back.

I agree, - but the housing issue is dragging down the economy, - worse than war would have.

Politicians want to 'help', at the tax-payers expense, - again.

While it is true, they're helping at the tax payers expense, name another solution to this situation, the FED has already pumped 200 Billion dollars into the economy. There's no other place to get the money needed.

The banking industry is involved in a big money grab right now. They're trying to steal as much money as they can before Bush leaves office.

I agree, but we live in the age where no one takes personal responsibility. They expect someone to bail their sorry butt out.

Chelsea Clinton works for a hedge fund, whose founder is a big contributor to Hillary's campaign. They specialize in buying up foreclosed real estate and bankrupt companies, then sell at a profit.
With this economy in such bad shape I don't know how Chelsea's firm can afford to be without her as she campaigns for her mother.
As the economy tanks, the fortunes of the Clinton's grow and grow and grow.
It's the perfect scam. Create business conditions so harsh that businesses fail, stocks crash and homeowners face foreclosure. Behind all of this is Chelsea Clinton, rushing in to buy up the assets for pennies on the dollar at the bankruptcy sales. Then later, after some favored tax break or regulatory relief from Mom, the assets will rise in value and be sold for a large profit.

How much has Hillary earned since she made $100,000 in pork bellies off a $1,000 investment? (remember Refco?)

What is Avenue Capital Group?
