mortgage? I lost a condo to foreclousure 3 years ago, Not because I could not afford a rate adjustment. I got married the condo was one bedroom and I got instant family with 2 stepchildren. I tried for 14 months to sell the place burning thru 15k in savings before letting the bank take it back. Is there any hope for me to get a mortgage?

It may be possible. Especially if you have good credit now and your spouse has good credit. Find a good loan officer who can let yo know your options.
