Exclamation Ocwen Ripoff

I was working a repayment plan for a client with Ocwen as well as disputing charges and the amount they were showing the account was behind. It was EXTREMELY diificult since they have outsourced eveything to India and communication is nearly impossible. I finally sopke with someone who was able to put together a repayment plan which we agreed to when I found out that they had turned the file over to the attorney's and now there was an additional 2k due on the loan. We managed to get the property sold and closed within 2 weeks of that and no foreclosure was ever filed, however the payoff included this 2k fee for foreclosure fees. How can I get those charges removed/reimbursed. I have tried to go through Ocwen but have was told that "Foreclosure fees and expenses are considred as future legal expenses, which are assessed when Ocwen receives the invoices from the foreclosure attorney on the loan and are not necessarily assessed during the process of foreclosure proceedings". The bottom line is that the attorneys didn't even get as far as filing the lis pendens and have not earned $2000.00. I have sent a letter directly to the attorneys but haven't heard back. I feel like this is completely fraudulent. Any ideas?????

Default Ocwen Foreclosure Process

like every other servicer there is a team that their only purpose is foreclosure review, they are part of the asset recover department. The main purpose for the foreclosure review is to be sure they dot their I's and cross their Ts. The motion was sent from Ocwen and the attorneys had a case and charge every time they walk past the case. The negotiator at Ocwen is responsible for making sure to note the system not to send to Attorneys. The attorneys did as instructed, Ocwen is at fault although they followed their foreclosure time lines. This happened all of the time when i was a negotiator I would always hear the same conversations going on around me and I really do not think the 2k will be returned. Keep us informed.
