My partners and I are moving forward with our loss mitigation firm; at present we are going with either Stan Schultz' operation (US Loss Mitigation) or his brother Dan Schultz' organization. (American Loss Mitigation Consortium) However your posts regarding learning the entire process and the fact that your group has past and present loss mitigation professionals from within the servicers has compelled us to look in more detail at your organization. Is there any additional information you can provide me regarding structure and timeframe?

Thank you.

Default Stay away from US Loss Miti...

I personally know people that have been ripped off. I am not one to get political or pass rumors but I can honestly tell you I know of 2 that had over 20 cases in their organization and they were then kicked out of the program and Stan kept the deals. RUN

Well, that is good to know but at the same time very disappointing. How can interested parties get more information about 877youkeep at this time?

Thanks.

Default The Manual

Any ideas when the Manual will be released? Estimated costs of becoming a "member". Really eager to get started but would like to be armed with the in-depth knowledge that I believe your program/manual will possess.

Default Loss Mitigation answers

It looks like the mortgage broker flaked on me. I have been calling for his updates for a week now without response. A small setback but I am working harder to get this out. Please ask questions so we can get into some good discussions about Loss Mitigation.
