I am a Real Estate Appraiser in Arizona and would like some information on how I could promote my services to loss mitigation departments. Any information would be appreciated. Thank You

Default Appraisals on mitigation propertys

Just a question... i am trying to learn as much as possible before i try to get started. Are we required to get an appraisal on the property for the mitigation? doesn’t the mortgage company have one of their reps do drive by appraisals anyhow?

Default When a house is in foreclosure we can help

the reason for the drive by is the check the occupancy. If a home is vacant the property and preservation group is required to secure the property. There will be a drive by every 30 days to check on the house and it is added into fees on a foreclosure.
