Has anyone gone through the Fanny Mae...
...process after foreclosure? I have a friend who had his house go into foreclosure, it went up for auction and didn't sell so Fanny Mae bought it, The paperwork says hes to vacate but isn't there a way to extend the time you can end up staying? What are the steps that are usually taken and how much time is there before he HAS to vacate? (theres much to do to clean it out is why I'm asking)
