A question about foreclosure, cosigners and car...
...loans? Here's the deal: I made the mistake of having my girlfriend (now ex) cosign a car loan for me a couple of years ago. Now she is freaking out because her house is getting foreclosed on so she sends me foreboding texts about how they might take my car because she is a cosigner. My personal opinion is that she is retarded, but it's late so I can't find out for sure so I'm asking the internets.
