...lender for their loan seem to NOT want to do a loan remod..? how do i stop the foreclosure process if my parents are in good faith trying to do a loan mod? i know the easiest way is to pay it up in full, but i cannot do that at this time. my parents just found out today that the house was going to be foreclosed only because someone called their house and asked when is the foreclosure going to be final and how much they wanted to sell it for. Nobody let them know that the process had started, no letters, no calls, no notification at all. WHAT DO I DO TO HELP THEM?
