Short Sale in Tenn - PNC bank
I am a short sale processor in California and we work with homeowners nationwide. My cousin is losing his house in Tenn and his mortgage is with PNC. How difficult are they to work with? He owes 106K on his house and it is probably worth 75-80K. Does anyone know of any good agents in the Nashville area who works with short sales and is willing to work with a third party company?
