My husband has a foreclosure(I was no ton that

loan) Can I purchase a home under my name only? My husband had a foreclosure and I know want to buy a house under my name. I was not on the loan that foreclosed. I have good credit, but I keep hearing his foreclouser will effect me and other people tell me that it will not. I am so confussed! We live in AZ. Please help : )
