Default SBA Disater loan for your house after a

hurricane, do you still have to pay it off after foreclosure? I recieved an SBA Disaster relief Federal Loan after Hurricane Charlie in 2004 to repair my house. The first three momths the initial payments were due I put off paying anything on it then recieved an certified letter saying I had to pay the entire past due to avoid being refered to the liquidation department and having them take any measures neccessary to recive the funds owed, such as garnnishing wages and Income tax.Needless to say I paid the past due and have continued to pay on it the last 5 years. That is until a few months ago when they defered it to Nov 2009 but I haven't paid thelast 4 months due now and have not received tha same certified letter. The ouse the loan was for is now in forclouser, do I still owe the remiander since it's Federal or is it coverd in Foreclosure?
