Default How to qualify for FHA loan if you have a
foreclosure from 2 years ago? We had a foreclosure due to the condo we lived in was unsafe (mold, asbestos, cracky wood from neighbor upstairs)... This was about 2 years ago... Can I apply for an FHA loan to buy a home? How much down should I have? What are the conditions?
