Default Loss Mitigation

Loss Mitigation in its pure form can be done from anywhere all you need is a phone and fax machine. State laws differ and unforunately some states make it difficult to help homeowners. Know your state laws and do not rip people off and you should be fine. It is the companies that I receive calls about all of the time that ruin it for honest companies that are truly trying to help.

Default honesty pays

Hey there
can you tell me what generally one would charge for loss mitigation? I am seeing avg on internet $250 / hour - $1000 / hour - I just want to be honest, and do the best job possible, but yet be fair - can you run me through it?

Just wondering how most people out are setup.
Do you have a home office or outside location?

Default How to run a Loss Mitigation office

we will show you how to set up your office which will mirror real loss mitigation offices from the phone support and the scripts they use to the closer following up with the homeowner to make sure they get their contribution if needed in gets docs back. They will follow up once homeowner sends in docs to verify foreclosure is killed and back to normal servicing.

Anywhere between 795 to 995 is good, you can do for less but that is your choice. The guys doing direct mail are charging more I have heard as much as $4,000 but that is extreme and unethical.
