Default California "foreclosure consultant" laws

i just figured out what "title" above was for. i appologize, this is a duplicate post.

has anyone figured out how to insure payment for loss mitigation work without violating the laws in California. we are not even supposed to "ASK" for payment, in any form, up front. i doubt anyone would want to pay for services rendered AFTER the job is completed. i am a R.E. broker and don't want to violate the law.
