They have worked for loss mitigation departments and know how to play the game. They answered everyone of my questions even before I signed up with them & they gave me regular updates on my account. They got my ARM reduced to 3.5% for 5 yrs, 4.5% for the next 5 yrs, & 5.5% for the duration of the rest of the loan & all my missed payments were added to the end of the loan. I was VERY happy with the results!! They dont guarantee results but at least they're legit!
