Default Can I still qualify for a car loan with a...
...pending foreclosure? Our lease is up on our van and was looking to get into something with a lower payment. Was hoping to get 2 lower priced vehicles since we need to vehicles. (one car is getting hard)

the bank will run a credit check and find out about you and your past so I would think they would not loan you any money do to pending foreclosure and if they do the interest rate will be huge.
