|
...should I do? My ex husband has let the house with both our names still on the deed to go into foreclosure. I spoke with the mortgage company and they agreed to a payment plan, and I sent them the 1st of the payments on May 26th. On may the 27th, the attorney handling the foreclosure sent me 8 certified letters stating the house is going to be sold on July the 7th on the courthouse lawn. Where do i go from here?

Did you contact the lender regarding the payment plan? If the lender doesnt agree to stop it, at this point you will need to hire an real estate attorney/loan mod law firm to stop the foreclosure.
