FHA Loan problems when buying a foreclosure?

I am approved for an FHA loan as a first time buyer. I hear FHA loans are hard to get through if its a foreclosure and its in rough conditions. Is this true? What are some of the problems you have had with an FHA loan on a foreclosure?
