I am not blaming any one individual for this crisis I think greed was the bottom line factor and it seems like everyone that was working in real estate had a greed bug

I have to agree with the previous poster that we all have to share some of the blame. However, I am very disappointed with the government in the last 4 years. I cannot wait for the administration change. Even if nothing changes it will symbolically be a change for the better if nothing else. Just my opinion
