I am a new member here just registered as well as just having purchased the manual. Just curios how long would it takes for the delivery to Southern Cali....and if there is download section somewhere.

Hello, I just found this site and am already interested in purchasing "the manual" but I can not figure out how to order it. Is there an order page that I am missing? How much is the manual? I am sorry if these are stupid questions but I have been searching for the info on different posts for almost an hour now and just can find answers to how much? where do I pay?
