Default why is fanny mae getting breaks when down, yet F.Mae

I cant help it if the economy dont support me paying them in full yet for college loan. Ok im complaining, but still where is the reason for their break? They are getting one right?

Fannie Mae is a government backed entity. Why would you get a break on money you owe? Fannie Mae is hurting because people have defaulted on thousands of loans...they should get a break!!!!
